Kruidvat knows the power of its people. With De Kracht van Kruidvat LIVE, a brand-new internal event concept came to life—bringing together store managers and first sales associates from across Belgium to celebrate, connect and energize. The event marked a dynamic live translation of the brand’s internal values, transforming campaign pillars into an experience that resonated with every attendee.

Concept & Visual Identity

Inspired by the internal campaign ‘De Kracht van Kruidvat’, this event was built around the core themes of Samen, Doen en Plezier (Together, Action, and Fun). These elements were translated into a bold visual identity and spatial design, shaping every touchpoint of the guest journey. From the first invite to the last confetti cannon, the event was a living embodiment of the brand’s DNA, celebrating those who make Kruidvat what it is every day.

Show Flow

The event followed a high-energy, fast-paced show format, merging on-stage entertainment with off-stage interactions. The program kicked off with a powerful opening moment and continued with performances by national music acts, inspiring speeches, and playful intermezzos. Each segment was designed to uplift and entertain, while always keeping the brand message at heart. The audience wasn’t just watching—they were part of the story.

Exhibition Design

Beyond the stage, the event featured a dynamic exhibition floor, where Kruidvat product highlights and brand partners activated their worlds in custom-designed experience booths. From beauty demos to gamified interactions, the space was vibrant and hands-on—designed to surprise, engage, and empower. The exhibition area served not only as a place of discovery but as a physical expression of the brand’s energy and innovation.
